Who we are. IceStats Pro is a hockey stats app for parents and coaches tracking games from the stands. Using the app or this site means you agree to these terms.

Your account. Give us accurate info when you sign up, keep your credentials to yourself, and use one account per person. You're responsible for what happens under your login.

Your data. The stats you record are yours. We store them and sync them across your devices so the app works — that's the whole job. IceStats Pro is offline-first: your data lives on your device first and syncs when you're back online. Delete your account and we delete your data with it. We collect the minimum needed to run the service; our privacy policy covers the beta list today and will grow to cover the app before launch.

Report tokens. Tokens are prepaid credits you spend to generate a report. A token is consumed when the report is generated, not before. Tokens aren't currency and can't be transferred between accounts.

Acceptable use. Don't scrape the app or site, don't try to break or abuse the service, and don't upload content you don't have the rights to. The app is built for tracking your own team's games — don't use it to identify minors in anything shared or made public beyond what the app is designed for.

The service. We're in beta, so features change. The app is provided as-is while we build it out. If we make a material change to these terms, we'll let you know before it takes effect.

Liability. We're not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of the app. Stats recorded in IceStats Pro are for personal and team development — they aren't an official league record.

Ending things. You can stop using IceStats Pro and delete your account any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms.
